We automatically collect certain technical and usage information including your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, usage timing, viewed pages, searches, feature usage, and system activity. This information helps us maintain the security and operation of the service and supports internal analytics and reporting.

Google API

As part of the service, we offer AI-powered features and tools. These AI products are provided through third-party service providers, including OpenAI. Inputs, outputs, and personal information may be shared with and processed by those providers to enable AI functionality in the service.

6. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

In short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes in this notice, unless law requires a longer period.

We will only keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy. No purpose described here requires retention longer than twelve (12) months after a user’s account is terminated, unless a longer period is required or allowed by law.

When we no longer have a legitimate business need to process personal information, we will delete, anonymize, or securely isolate it until deletion is possible.

Mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Support-related subcontractors may receive information only as needed to provide services. Opt-in and consent data for text messaging will not be shared with third parties.

Account information

You can log in to your account settings to update your user account. If you ask us to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete it from active systems, subject to fraud prevention, troubleshooting, investigation, legal, and compliance needs.

9. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track (DNT) feature. Because there is not yet a uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals, we do not currently respond to them. If a standard is adopted in the future that we must follow, we will update this notice accordingly.

California law also requires us to disclose that we do not respond to DNT signals at this time.

10. Do United States Residents Have Specific Privacy Rights?

In short: Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia may have additional privacy rights.

We collect personal information directly from your interactions with the service, customer support activity, surveys, contests, and service-delivery communications. For categories A, B, I, K, and L, we retain information as long as the user has an account with us unless a different retention period is required by law.

Sales and sharing

We have not disclosed, sold, or shared personal information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the preceding twelve months, and we do not plan to sell or share personal information belonging to visitors, users, or consumers.
